Pleasant hotel with dedicated staff in the management & staff of the venue, really enjoyed our staying. The location in a pretty nice area was magnificent and lovely and there were gift shops and supermarkets nearby. The place was next to Asian Delices Food, where you can have dinner.

Really enjoyed every detail about our really nice 2 nights stay here. The service was good, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed. Plus, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Grotte of Massabielle. Gift shops and a supermarket were right next door.

It has incredible location to see Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Make sure to get double room with a shower, a kettle, 3 separate beds.

It was neat, brand-new and in a good condition. Location: the hotel was just off the stores, the cafes on the street outside and the centre of Lourdes. Also, we were 2 km from popular place such as Lourdes Golf Club.

The queen room was neat and soundproof, perfect for my needs. The bed was very comfy, I also had a private safe, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment. The location was incredible and wonderful, you can visit Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes by walking.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Lourdes with a great location near the sanctuary. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, exceeding European standards. Plus, the room rate was very reasonable. The breakfast served was enjoyable, and the staff was nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and affordability.

The staff at this hotel was so accomodating and nice. We had to leave early before they serve breakfast but the girl at the desk said that they would set up breakfast for us an hour earlier so that we would have a chance to eat, they even gave us some crossaints to go. My sisters room had a drain in the sink that would not drain, they came up immediately and switched her room. The location is very convenient, it is literally a short walk down the street to the entrance of the Grotto. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Lourdes.
